Product development companies often invest significant time and resources into developing prototypes using traditional manufacturing methods. This approach carries risks, high costs, and potential delays if the prototype doesn't meet expectations. With the rapid advancements in Additive Manufacturing technologies, iLenSys is offering its clients a cost-effective and rapid prototyping solution. At iLenSys, we utilize Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology in our 3D printing process. FDM prototypes are created by selectively depositing melted material layer by layer along a predetermined path. These materials are thermoplastic polymers supplied in filament form. Leveraging our industrial-grade 3D printers, we fabricate both functional and structural 3D prints with high dimensional accuracy and minimal lead time.
