Client BoM Data Validation and Scrubbing
- Clients provide their product Bill of Materials (BoM) or grant access to relevant systems.
- The iCM team validates and standardizes the BoM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- The validated BoM—including flat and multi-level BoM structures—is uploaded to iCM for compliance evaluation.

Supplier Compliance Declaration Request
- The iCM team initiates supplier compliance declaration requests through the Supplier Campaign Survey Portal.
- Suppliers can securely submit compliance declarations, supporting documents, and material information through a self-service portal.
- Automated reminders and campaign tracking help improve supplier response rates and data completeness.

AI-Assisted Compliance Data Validation & Import
- Supplier declarations are processed using AI-assisted data extraction to accelerate compliance data processing.
- The iCM expert compliance team reviews the extracted compliance data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- The validated compliance data is imported into the iCM platform for compliance evaluation.

Compliance Assessment
- iCM evaluates imported compliance data against applicable environmental regulations.
- The iCM platform automatically calculates and displays product compliance results, providing real-time visibility into regulatory compliance status and potential risks.
- Compliance dashboards and reports provide visibility into product compliance status.

Material-Based and Risk-Based Assessment (MBA & RBA)
- For parts without supplier compliance information, the iCM team performs Material-Based Assessment (MBA) and Risk-Based Assessment (RBA).
- MBA analyzes material composition to predict compliance, while RBA provides a risk-based assessment that can be used for client self-declarations.
- Together, these services enable 100% BoM compliance coverage.

Compliance Reporting & Regulatory Submission
- Generate compliance reports, dashboards, and product-level insights to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and submit SCIP dossiers for articles containing REACH SVHCs directly from the iCM platform, where applicable.
- Maintain centralized compliance records to support ongoing regulatory compliance and audits.
