• Minimum 12+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 12+ years of proven expertise in product design and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Design and manufacturing processes including plastics, sheet metal, machining, and casting. Strong proficiency in CAD systems, particularly Creo and Windchill. • Design & Development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies. Develop prototypes and manage design iterations from concept through production • Manufacturing & Process Engineering: Design for manufacturability considering plastics, sheet metal, machining, and casting processes and also collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness and cost optimization • Technical Analysis & Documentation: Perform engineering calculations and basic structural analysis using first principles and FEA and Conduct hand calculations for design verification and validation. Manage product data and configuration through Windchill PLM system • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project management
