CAD Engineer

Job Description:

• Having good knowledge of manufacturing process like Casting, Forging, Welding, and having relevant experience
• Should be able to apply GD&T on manufacturing drawings.
• Should be able to work independently on own end to end deliverables and interact with client for technical clarifications.
• Product development knowledge

Essential Skills:

• Awareness of Basic Manufacturing processes – Casting, Welding, Forging and relevant standards like ASME, AWS and DIN is needed.
• Good knowledge on drawing Standard ASME Y14 and should be able to generate drawing applying GD&T
• Should be able to generate Fabrication drawing independently.
• Having Hands on experience in AutoCAD, Unigraphics (Siemens Nx) 3D modelling, Surface modeling, Piping, Routing, Drafting and Assembly.
• Good knowledge PLM processes, Teamcenter
• Good Engineering fundamental knowledge and interpretation skills

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge on various manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge on Unigraphics (Siemens Nx)
• Experience from sectors like construction equipment’s, Oil and Gas, Heavy Engineering sector is preferred Problem solving and time management skills.
• Good planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good Documentation skills
• Self-motivated and well organized
