Talent–as–a-Service (TaaS)

iLenSys Internship program is focused in offering trained interns to meet the immediate talent crunch of Global Captive Centre’s (GCCs) in India in the domains of Embedded Systems and Mechanical Engineering.

Engineering students are selected by iLenSys through a rigorous HR selection process from recognized universities in India for Internship program, these students go through several modules developed in the curriculum and are evaluated in multiple stages to qualify them as trained interns.
